The beta is for festivals, one per festival. We confirm each request within two working days, and you can build while you wait.

Questions
What happens at the end of 2027?
We email you in good time with the confirmed prices. Pick Core or Pro in the portal and add a card. If you do nothing, your festival stays in the app as it was and nothing new publishes.
Why is the beta confirmed by hand?
It is free, so we keep it for festivals: one beta per festival, whoever signs up. A person looks at your website or last lineup and replies within two working days. Everything except publishing works while you wait. If we emailed you a link, it is already approved.
Do I need a call or a demo?
No. You set everything up yourself. If you want to talk, write to hello@withflux.app and a person replies.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. Invoices and receipts are in Billing in the portal.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, at any time from Billing. Upgrades apply straight away, downgrades at the end of the period.
Who owns the data?
You own your lineup and the insights your attendees create. Attendees are anonymous unless they choose to make an account in the app. You can delete a festival and its data yourself from Settings in the portal. See the privacy policy for what is kept and for how long.
