Delete your Flux account

An account is optional in the Flux app. If you signed in with Apple, Google or an email code, you can delete that account and its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open Flux and tap the account icon on the festival list.
2. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the Account screen.
3. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone.

Without the app

Email hello@withflux.app from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your name and email address
• Your saved sets, followed artists and followed festivals
• Your festival zone visits
• Your notification and Live Activity tokens
• The account itself

What is kept

Nothing that identifies you. Organiser dashboards keep only totals already calculated from many attendees, such as how many people saved a set, which cannot be traced back to you. Crash reports are held by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days and are never linked to your account.

Organiser and staff accounts for the Flux portal are deleted on request by emailing the same address.
