How It Works
Three steps from sign-up to live festival. No complex onboarding. No months of setup.
Set Up Your Festival
Upload your schedule, artists and venue map through the portal. Configure stages, set times and customise your event. We handle the technical setup.
Share With Attendees
One link to the app or web version. Attendees download Flux or open it in their browser and find your festival instantly.
Go Live & Track
Push notifications, offline access and real-time analytics from day one. See crowd flow, track engagement and make data-driven decisions as it happens.
Your Festival Data Grows With You
Every year you run Flux, the platform gets more valuable — not less.
Year-over-Year Analytics
Compare artist popularity, crowd flow and notification engagement across every event you run. Spot trends, prove ROI to sponsors, and optimise site layout with data that gets richer each year.
BrandedYour Audience, Built In
Push notification opt-ins carry forward across events. Every attendee who downloads the app becomes part of your direct audience — reachable for ticket launches and announcements, independent of social algorithms.
History Stays With You
Your event history, attendee engagement data and analytics live in your dashboard across every season. Your festival’s data is an asset that compounds — and it’s yours.
Start Simple. Scale When Ready.
Most festivals start with Core and upgrade when they're ready. It's not about size — it's about when your festival needs deeper insights or its own dedicated app presence.
Can I switch tiers later?
Absolutely. Most festivals start with Core to prove the value, then move to Pro when they need analytics and branding. From there, Branded is available when you’re ready for a fully standalone app. We handle each migration seamlessly.
What determines my exact Core tier pricing?
Your festival’s attendee capacity. Small (up to 2,000): £800/year. Medium (2,001–5,000): £1,000/year. Large (5,001–7,500): £1,200/year. Larger festivals? We’ll put together a custom quote.
What determines my Pro tier pricing?
The same attendance bands apply. Up to 2,000: £2,400/year. 2,001–5,000: £2,800/year. 5,001–7,500: £3,600/year. Larger festivals? We’ll put together a custom quote.
What if I need more push notifications or map edits?
No problem. Additional push credits are £2 per 10k messages. Extra map edits (post-freeze) are £150 each. We’ll let you know before you go over.
Do you offer a free trial or pilot?
We can run a pilot for a single event so you can see the value firsthand. Get in touch and we’ll work out the right arrangement for your festival.
How long does setup take?
Core can be live within days — upload your schedule and map, share the link. Pro is similarly fast with analytics enabled from day one. Branded takes 4–6 weeks to allow for custom development, branding and app store submission.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. We provide a full export of your event data, analytics and content. After a 30-day grace period, data is permanently removed from our systems.
Can I use Flux for non-music festivals?
Absolutely. Food festivals, cultural events, conferences, multi-day gatherings — if it has a schedule, stages and attendees, Flux works. The platform is format-agnostic.
Is there a limit on the number of artists or stages?
No hard limits. Core and Pro handle typical festival scale comfortably. If you’re running a 50-stage mega-event, we’ll chat about the best setup for your needs.
Proven at Real Events
Flux was built and tested in real festival conditions — not a controlled environment. When weather delayed the start, the value became clear: instant updates reached everyone, offline access worked without signal and the app stayed out of the way.
Most festival apps are overpriced, over-complicated and break the moment signal drops. Organisers spend thousands on tools that frustrate attendees instead of helping them. Flux was built to fix that — a lightweight, offline-first companion that works in real conditions, not just in a demo.
Battle-Tested
Field-tested at a real alpine festival — spotty signal, weather delays and no reliable connectivity. Offline sync, push notifications and schedule updates all proven where it counts.
Built by the Community
Created by someone who understands festival culture. Minimal distractions, maximum presence. Because the best app is the one you barely need to open.
Refined & Ready
Built from real feedback, real challenges and real festival experience. No bloat. No unnecessary complexity. Just what works.
“Flux came from experiencing firsthand how festivals handle last-minute changes. I wanted to build something that respects both the organizer's needs and the attendee's presence. Something that works in real conditions, not just in theory.”
— Will, Founder of Flux
